Normally we only make a few units of each design, so if you like a particular model do not hesitate to buy it as soon as possible, as they could be sold out quickly.

Types of availability:

  • Available only on web: This product will not be available at the Festival, it is only possible to purchase it online.
  • Coming soon: Product is in production. Approximate delivery date is indicated. Sometimes you can purchase the product now and wait for us to ship it when it is ready.
  • Out of stock: This product is no longer available. We may no longer manufacture it. If you are interested in an out of stock product, please contact us.
  • Pick up at Festival:This product can be picked up at the Rototom Store at the Rototom Sunsplash Festival. These are usually bulky or expensive to ship. We will send you a coupon to redeem at the Festival (if you buy other products without this label in the same cart they will be sent to your home with the coupon).

We want to take care of those around us as well as you, to make a responsible merchandising that is different from the simple commerciality, collaborating with associations and small businessmen with whom we have a close relationship.

We always work to offer you the best price and the fastest shipments; these may vary depending on the volume, weight, the destination of the package or the time the order was placed.

At the moment of checkout we will show you the different methods available for the best possible shipping; if there is only one option, this is the best price we have found in your area.

The deadlines indicated above may be affected for the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and remote areas. Also in the Canary Islands, due to the DUA tax.

Please note that deliveries are made on working days only.

If your package is retained in customs in case of non-EU countries, customs charges will be borne by the customer, although we will always try to keep them as low as possible.

After the completion of your order you will receive a confirmation email, when we are ready to send it to you (we have managed and generated the labels for shipping) you will receive a tracking number of your package, so you know at all times where it is and the approximate time of delivery.

We always ask for your telephone number so that the delivery service can contact you in case of any problem or to arrange a time to come to your home.

REFUNDS

If after your purchase at Rototom Store you are not satisfied with an item, you have 15 days after receipt of your order to request its return by writing us through the online form, so that we can send you the return labels or you can send it yourself by the postal service that is cheaper for you.

No return shipping cost will be charged if you send it through your postal service and the full amount of the items will be refunded to the payment method used for the purchase.

You will only be responsible for the return shipping costs, which will be equivalent to the shipping costs if we send you the courier.

The merchandise must be returned in the same conditions in which it was sent, in case you need a smaller package, you can use the original plastic packaging by turning it over, sealing it properly, and sticking the labels that we will provide you with.

The refund will be made as soon as the returned goods have arrived at our warehouse.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Rototom Store guarantees that the products meet high quality standards, we ask manufacturers and suppliers all seals and certificates (bio, sustainable, solidarity) consistent with our philosophy. If your order has been damaged during shipment or appears to be defective, please write to us within 6 months of receipt of your order.

If you notice the defect after 6 months and it can be proven that the defect is greater than normal wear and tear, please contact us.

Under EU law, you are entitled to a minimum 2-year warranty at no cost to you to return the product and be refunded the full cost of your item. This 2-year warranty period begins as soon as you receive your order at home.

As a general rule, you may only ask us for a partial or full refund when it is not possible to repair or replace the goods. In any case, we will try to make you satisfied and compensate you for this inconvenience.
