Once your payment is confirmed, you will automatically receive a purchase confirmation email that serves as your initial proof of purchase. Afterwards, you can obtain your official invoice in the following ways:

• Automatic delivery: We will send you the final invoice by email as soon as the order is processed.
• Customer area: If you have created an account in our store, you can download all your historical invoices directly from your User Panel.

If you need the invoice to include specific company details (NIF/CIF) , please ensure you fill in the corresponding fields during the payment process or contact us directly so we can generate it manually.

1. Immediate confirmation

As soon as you complete your purchase, you will receive an automatic confirmation email . This indicates that we have received your order and our warehouse team is getting to work.

2. Preparation and Fast Shipping

We will prepare your package with the utmost care. Orders are shipped within 24 business hours of receiving payment.

Note: If you purchase on a holiday or weekend, your order will be shipped the next business day.

3. Follow-up Notification

As soon as we hand your package over to the shipping company, you will receive a second email confirming shipment. This email will include your tracking number so you can track your package in real time through our website.

4. Estimated delivery times

• Spain (Peninsula): Maximum 72 working hours.
• Europe: Maximum 96 working hours.

At Rototom Store, we want you to love what you buy. If you don't, you have 15 calendar days from receipt to request an exchange or return.

Important note: In both cases (exchange or return), the shipping costs of the package to our warehouses are the responsibility of the customer .

Below we explain how we compensate you for each option:

1. If you want a CHANGE (Size or Model)

If you need a different size, we reward your trust by refunding your shipping costs:

• Send us the item: You must send it (we recommend the most economical postal service) to: Rototom Store – C/ Poeta Verdaguer, 26, 3rd Floor. 12002 Castellón, Spain.
• We'll pay for the new shipping: We'll resend the new size to you free of charge and add an exclusive gift to your package to compensate for the cost of sending the garment back to us.

2. If you want a REFUND

If you prefer a refund, you have two ways to arrange the return shipment (assuming the cost yourself):

• Shipping at your own expense: You choose the shipping company and pay for shipping. Upon receiving the items, we will refund you the full amount .
• Arranged collection: We will send a courier. The cost of this transport (equivalent to the original shipping) will be deducted directly from your total refund.

Item Conditions and Sustainability: The merchandise must be returned without signs of use and with its tags.

Eco-friendly tip: Reuse our original packaging by turning it inside out and sealing it well to avoid generating more plastic waste.

Our products undergo high standards of quality and sustainability. However, if something is not right:

• Shipping defects: If the product arrives damaged, please contact us within 6 months of receipt.
• 2-year legal guarantee: Under EU law, your products have a minimum 2-year guarantee. If they have a manufacturing defect, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or a full refund.
• Rototom Commitment: We will always seek the best solution to ensure your satisfaction, whether through a replacement or fair compensation.

We work with limited editions and small runs to maintain the exclusivity of each design. If you've fallen in love with a model, don't let it get away! It could sell out at any moment.

Availability Guide:

• Online only: Exclusively available online. You won't find it in our physical Festival store.
• Coming soon: In production! You'll see the estimated delivery date. We sometimes offer pre-orders so you can be the first to receive it.
• Out of stock : This product is no longer available. It may not be restocked, but if you're really interested, contact us here in case there are any surprises.
• Festival Pickup: Save on shipping. Collect your order at the Rototom Store during Rototom Sunsplash. Ideal for bulky items. We'll send you a digital voucher for redemption; if you add other items to your cart, they will be delivered to your home as usual.
